Ballrooms are often incredible event spaces, but can do with some personalization to make them fit the character of the Corporate Gala, Indian Wedding Reception or non profit fundraiser that they need to accommodate. Raj Tents' luxury tents and decor are especially designed to work inside as well as outside and are excellent at event space transformations and reception decor. Smaller, self-supporting tents like the Pergola and Pavilion add elevation and color and are great as bars, buffets or to frame tables and lounges. The larger Grand Pavilion tents work well to frame dance floors, stages and as larger canopies for lounges and dining. Check our wall treatments under Decor Treatments that keep concentrate the decor on the first 10' or so of the ballroom height, often changing the space beyond recognition. Raj Tents' also has canopies that can be hung from rigging points in the ceiling to provide a major decor element right in the middle of the room. We have even built out ballrooms with frame tent pole work to allow for a custom interior treatment. For stages and ceremonies in ballrooms, Raj Tents' stage backdrop and wedding backdrop rentals add drama and color to create a strong focal point.
